Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders) or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center.
Verification and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
